Extrusion

There are 2 presses in our extrusion line. Alloy type and press line is preferred based on the profile sections. There are more than 9,000 dies in our die house. The production can be conducted with special alloys such as EN AW 6060,6063,6463,6005,6082.

We can produce heat-treated profiles with lenght of 14,300 mm.

There are 2 press lines in our extrusion department:

Press 1 : 1100 MT

Press 2 : 1800 MT
